Questions

Who holds the money?

A licensed third-party escrow company, named in our Escrow Terms. GrailGuard never touches it.

When does the seller get paid?

When the buyer accepts the item on the escrow company’s site. If the buyer neither accepts nor rejects, the escrow company finalizes acceptance after its inspection period (3 days) ends. With escrow protection on a Person ↔ Person GrailGuard booking, the buyer's "Intact" tap and signature at delivery is the acceptance.

What if the item is not as described?

The buyer rejects it on the escrow company’s site within the inspection period; the item goes back and the escrow company refunds the buyer under its escrow terms. GrailGuard does not keep its service fee.

I’m the seller — how do I start?

Ask your buyer to start the deal on this page with your email as the seller. You get your own private link to review the deal and agree.

Can GrailGuard deliver the item?

This page is for sales where the seller ships with tracking. For a GrailGuard hand-carry, book a Person ↔ Person delivery and add escrow protection at checkout (where offered); that booking follows our usual Terms and Coverage Policy.
