Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Effective April 20, 2026. GrailGuard LLC may update these terms at any time; the version live at the time a referral is submitted is the version that governs that referral.

Program status: not yet live. Code redemption is not wired into checkout, so no referral credit can currently be earned under these terms. They are published in advance so you can read them before the program opens; we'll notify account holders when it does.

1. Eligibility. Both the referring customer ("Referrer") and the referred friend ("Referred Friend") must be individuals who are at least 18 years old, have a valid GrailGuard account in good standing, and have not previously held a GrailGuard account under a different email. A customer may not refer themselves, another account they control, a household member of the same account, or an email they have previously booked under.
2. How to qualify. The Referred Friend must sign up for a new GrailGuard account using the Referrer's unique link or code and must create and pay for at least one GrailGuard booking. Credits are issued when that first booking is created — they do not wait for the delivery to be completed. GrailGuard may claw back credits under §7 if the booking is subsequently cancelled, refunded in full, or subject to a chargeback.
3. Reward. Upon qualification, GrailGuard credits $25 USD to the Referrer's account and $25 USD to the Referred Friend's account. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Applying a credit is your choice: at checkout on a future booking, your available balance is shown with a checkbox, and the credit is deducted from the subtotal only if you tick it.
4. Expiration. Earned referral credits do not expire. They remain on your account indefinitely until applied at checkout or until your account is closed.
5. Stacking. Multiple referral credits may be applied to a single booking. Credits may also be applied on top of a promotion or discount code; the credit is applied to the already-discounted total. If a booking subtotal is below the available credit balance, the unused balance remains in the account for future bookings (no cash back).
6. Volume limits. There is no cap on the number of friends a Referrer may refer, but GrailGuard may, in its reasonable discretion, cap rewards at 20 qualified referrals per calendar year, per Referrer to prevent abuse. Rewards above this threshold will be held and released on a case-by-case basis after manual review.
7. Fraud, abuse, and wash referrals. GrailGuard reserves the right to withhold, claw back, or reverse credits, suspend the account(s) involved, and/or terminate this program in cases of (a) self-referral or coordinated wash referrals, (b) bookings that are cancelled or fully refunded, (c) bookings that later result in a chargeback, (d) accounts using disposable/throwaway email addresses or payment instruments that cannot be verified, or (e) any other conduct GrailGuard reasonably believes is designed to abuse the program.
8. Taxes. Referral rewards are a courtesy discount, not taxable income. Each participant is responsible for any personal tax treatment of credits received.
9. Changes and termination. GrailGuard may change, suspend, or end this program at any time, with or without notice. Earned credits already issued will remain valid under the terms in effect when they were issued.
10. Not valid where prohibited. This offer is void where prohibited by law.
